The Glowing Ember is a dream come true.

“Idea behind the restaurant started when I was pigeon hunting approximately three years ago. I shot some pigeons in the morning and took them to a restaurant I was working back then. I prepared and served them with respect and pride in the evening of that very same day.

In that moment I experienced something very special and I knew that this is what I want to do.”
