Glowing Ember’s core idea is to bring premium-grade restaurant experience to unique hut atmosphere using Finnish ingredients served in a way that they deserve. With pride. We don’t want to make just traditional Lappish cuisine, so we get our inspiration also from abroad. For example, Asian cuisine plays well with Finnish ingredients.

We continuously explore new techniques, but also rely on traditional preserving and cooking methods. We also do a lot of foraging, and collect a lot of our ingredients by ourselves from the nature. The food is only a part of the experience, we want to stimulate all senses in our service, because we want the experience to be unforgettable.

Glowing Ember is located in Ounasvaara, Rovaniemi and it is open for private groups as an charter restaurant.
